Before You Enroll

What is the difference between a course and a program?

An individual course focuses on a specific subject. A program groups several courses into a broader learning experience. Review the included courses before purchasing.

How do I choose the right education?

Compare the topic, stated education hours, and completion requirements. If a SAP, employer, or another professional has assigned education, confirm their requirements before enrolling.

Can I complete the online lessons at my own pace?

Yes. Online learning is self-paced. Courses with an individual education review also require you to arrange and complete that review.

When will I receive my certificate?

After completing all applicable course requirements, including required assessments, questionnaires, and any included individual education review.

Does a certificate authorize me to return to safety-sensitive work?

No. A course certificate documents education completion. DOT return-to-duty requirements and the employer’s return-to-work decision are separate.

Where can I get help?

Supporting the Aviation Community

A portion of the proceeds from every paid online course help support the Return to Cabin Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting FAA-regulated flight attendants in receiving the resources, education, and support they need to return safely and confidently to the cabin. Through this partnership, each enrollment contributes to meaningful recovery, professional reintegration, and aviation safety.
